Hello! My name is Sherwin Rosario
AKA Shwinstar. I’m east coast born, but raised in the California west coast, Vallejo to be exact. I later moved out to Oakland, CA to experience the density of bay-area living for about 7 years. Now I am currently residing in the Portland, OR metro area and loving every bit of the nature here.
Finished with an AA in Media Arts & Animation at Art Institutes International of San Francisco. Currently working as an Artist & Animator for Preschool Prep Company.
My earliest software experience include KidPix on the Apple 2E and later on Mario Paint on SNES. I’ve evolved to specialize in 2D Vector Illustrations and Motion Graphics using software of the Adobe Suite Creative Cloud. I also dabble in traditional watercolor, pen, ink and marker works.
My bold graphic design style are influences pulled from Kirby’s Dreamland, Super Mario Bros. 3’s Tanooki Mario, Japanese Kawaii, and Sanrio.
